With this convenient, on-site location, Complete Health patients will now be able to fill most of their medications the same day of their appointment.
Assistance paying for medication is also available for patients that qualify for the Medication Assistance Program. Qualifying patients will have established care with a Complete Health Provider and will meet certain income requirements.

Automated Refill System
Complete Health Pharmacy of the Black Hills is excited to announce that we will be implementing a new automated refill system. This system allows us to better serve you by making prescription refills faster and giving more time for our staff to meet your one-on-one needs. Calling in a refill has never been easier, simply press 1 for prescription refills and enter the prescription number from your bottle.
Our goal is to give you more personal attention at the counter and keep your wait time to a minimum. When calling in refills, hold time will be eliminated as your call is answered quickly. If for any reason during the call you need to speak with the pharmacy, press 4 and your call will be handled by the first available staff member.

How To Use The Automated Refill System
Pharmacy Phone # 605-716-5505
Press Option 1 for prescription refills
- Enter the prescription number
- It will verify your last name
- It will verify if you have refills and will automatically contact your doctor if needed
- Enter any additional refills you may need
- Finally, it will let you know when to pick up your prescription(s)
Other options:
- Press Option 4 if you need to speak with the Pharmacy Staff
- Press Option 5 for pharmacy hours and location
Also, talk with our pharmacy staff about setting up text or email reminders when your prescriptions are ready.
Medication Assistance Program
Various options are available through medication assistance programs from pharmaceutical companies, medication samples donated to Complete Health, and the United Way Voucher program. MAP staff will assist you with determining which option may be available to you.
Please bring the following information to your MAP appointment, so your eligibility for various programs can be determined:
- If you work, your most recent pay stub
- If you receive social security, a current benefit statement
- Your latest tax return
- If you do not have a tax return, you will be provided with a 4506T Tax form to complete
Please ask your provider about the Medication Assistance Program. MAP appointments can be made at the front desk or by calling for appointments.
