Sexual & Reproductive Health

Sexual and reproductive health are basic preventative health services that are fundamental to the overall health and well-being of individuals, couples, and families.

Diversity and inclusion are an integral value of Complete Health. We want every individual to live their healthiest life in their own body, no matter how you identify. Being who you are, your true self, helps us to better serve you and your individual needs. Our goal is to provide inclusive health care for your everyday needs, as well as your unique care concerns – all ages and genders.

Complete Health is dedicated to providing low-cost sexual health services including education about prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV, contraception, and family planning.

Play It Safe! Get tested. Be treated.

Things To Consider

  • Anyone who has sexual contact with another person is at risk of getting an STI
  • Some STIs cause symptoms and others do not
  • A person with an STI can pass it to others through contact with skin, genitals, mouth, rectum, or body fluids. This includes contact through vaginal sex, anal sex, or oral sex.
  • 10 Ways STIs Impact Women Differently from Men– Fact sheet explaining why women are disproportionately affected by STIs
  • HIV Risk Reduction Tool

How To Tell If You Should Get Tested

  • You are sexually active
  • You are having condomless sex
  • You have had more than one sexual partner since your last test
  • You have had an infection in the past
  • You are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
  • You have symptoms

”Game Plan” Resources

This interactive quiz will help you know if you may be at risk for an STI. If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, you may want to talk with a health care provider to learn more about your risk and find out if you need to be tested for STIs.

This quiz will not diagnose you with an infection. It also cannot predict if you will get one. It can help to determine if you are at risk for an STI.

CDC does not collect or store personal information from this quiz.

Testing recommendations depend on your lifestyle
and risk level so be sure to talk with your doctor.

The CDC’s Conversation Badge is a visual tool to help you start a conversation about STIs and sexual wellness without the stigma.

Think of the Badge as a digital conversation starter for dating apps. By adding it to your online dating profile, you are acknowledging sexual health as the important topic it is while inviting your like-minded matches to discuss things like STIs and how to protect each other in a casual, judgement-free environment.

Displaying it doesn’t mean you’re STI-tested or STI-free, nor does it mean you’re necessarily looking to start a sexual relationship. However, it can help you start these conversations when the time is right.
